Default BELT TENSIONER

Ok so i have a 98 xj 4 door 4wd and i was wondering if anyone has found a way past the belt tensioner bolt(approximately 8 inches) i have been to the dealerships out here in hawaii and they cant even give me a part number for the bolt and its nearly impossible to find out here since the junkyards are filled with 96 and older models. Does anyone have a part number or a place to find it cheap i have already been through 2 of them both of which have snapped.

I have a 91 so I'm not familiar with the 98's but why not just go to a hardware store and get a bolt that matches but in a stronger grade.

well thats the thing it is to long of a bolt for the hardware stores to carry and on top of that its a metric bolt so i cant even but a threaded stick to fit it. so basically it sux on either end.
