i dont know why but my belt starts to squeak as soon as turn on heat or ac i replaced the belt and the tensioner pulley it dose not sound like the ac compressor but any help would be nice thank you. (4.0L)

Make sure you have the correct tension, you should just be able to turn the belt from side to side with your fingers.
90 degrees to 90 degrees

the belt is tight enough but i just cant figure it out

Maybe a pulley is not centered right? Stand over the belt and look down to see if it's running in a straight line, that none of the pulleys are **** eyed, can't hurt.
My power steering pump pulley was off a little until I tightened it all the way on.
