Found it! For some odd reason it was on the passenger side behind the bumper. Anyways i took it off and tested it and again still wimpy. So i looked at a forum and they said spray some wd40 into them so i did and tried it again and oh look a GIANT spider came crawling out of it and after the panic and all out war trying to kill it and letting the dust settle poof it magically sounds good again! so i put it all back in and sounds great now. Who knew a bug would do that....
