Basically just need to scuff the paint really well, make sure all the shine is gone and theres no wax or grease on the surface. As far the flares, just remember this stuff is not as flexible as the plastic and will break and chip off if twisted enough.
any idea how to take out the black sticer that is there? bc it been so many years since they put it in,, now it real real hard to pull out,,

Are you talking about the sticker on some rigs behind the rear tire? If so, use some mild heat(like a blow dryer) and heat it, once it starts to get soft, keep heating it but scrap it with a Flat edged razer blade...

I used 3m 1/8" Fine line tape to outline the areas to be painted. Then masked it off with Blue painters tape. I let it dry for probably half hour to 45 min before I pulled the tape.

Deffinately looking good! Have you thought about doing the front fenders, to match the rear? Deffinately looks good flareless. Did you just cut to the top of the fender flares?
Some of the autobody supply stores carry a clear undercoat that is sprayable and I do believe it is more flexable. It may be a good solution to use on the fender flares or the bumper caps for a little extra protection

Yep I did think about doing the front fenders. The passenger front fender does have good size crease in it where I dropped that side off the trail edge.
Yep I cut where the flare was.
