I can hear him whining at me and the energy is going somewhere cause I idle low too. And I just replaced my terminals so it has nothing to with the connection to the battery. Plus it sometimes sputters at start up if that has anything t do with it..... I have to give it gas for a sec to keep it running or it'll cut out on me, especially when its cold out.

any ideas what might be pulling the energy?
Places to check first?

 

just a wild guess but you might see if you can tell if that whining is coming from the alternator.
