basterd pack question

Engine: 4.0 knn filter, 703's, dynomax header and midpipe, flowmaster super 44, 2.5 straight thru, cat!
so went to the jy today to try and get some s10 spring packs and found out theres 2 different kinds. I found some with 3 leaves and some with 4. it looked to me that there was a pretty significant difference in the arch between the two of em.
which have people used and what sort of results?

also, forgot to mention, ran into an issue with camaro spring isolators. found some that were very thin, maybe 3/4" which i assumed were the wrong ones and some that were pretty hefty but had a very deep pocket where the spring sat.
which camaro isolators should I be looking for? both those were from 94+ camaro/firebird

i used blazer 3 leafs... but i only used 2 of the leafs and the xj main and overload and got 3.5" lift.

so i guess it depends more on the condition of the springs. decided to hold off on the spring pack and just get some shackles for now
