Maybe I'll switch around the injectors instead of replacing the coil.

I don't really suspect the injectors though cuz I upgraded to the neon injectors a couple years ago.

Ok false alarm on the harness, I needed to man up a little more.

Spark plugs 1,2,3 look pretty clean on the electrode, plugs 4,5,6 have black suit on the electrode and #6 is worn down more than the others. No cracks that I can see

Fouled spark plugs but a code for running too lean? Is the wiring for the O2s okay? Manifold bolted up properly, no leaks?

I have a slightly similar issue. No codes/smoke/smell though. But a slight miss when the jeep is cold so mine isn't o2 related.. I have a 00 also.

No exhaust leaks as far as I can tell.

I'm no longer getting a lean code, just the multiple missfire. O2 wires are good. If a new coil and plugs don't fix it I'm going to have to dig deep.

New coil and plugs in. We'll see how this goes. Engine fired up right away though, quicker than before.

New rail I got from Napa. Regular price was $119, if you have AAA it's $107

Your instant improvement is due to the new plugs. Jeep coil rail has three coil packs that fire two plugs at a time; 1,6-3,4-2,5. Multiple misfires especially from unrelated coil packs generally points away from the coil rail. You might have just needed to replace the plugs.

Possibly, theres no way to tell really. Though when I checked the gap on the old plugs they were pretty bad, around .045+ on each.
