Subscribed. Interesting topic. I assume engine mounts and trans mounts are good.

Yes, I did check both of those with a prybar. Have yet to drop the pan since I drained the fluid and removed the TC bolts.

I finally got a chance to dig into this more and give an update. I dropped the pan and found nothing abnormal, just a little skim on the magnets on the pan as usual and nothing in the filter pickup. Replaced filter, changed gasket and buttoned back up. I checked the bell housing bolts and starter bolts and they were all tight. I am now in the process of removing the trans to change the TC. I have the driveshaft's removed, starter, and dipstick tube so far. I decided to stop for the night to spend some time with the family. I will let you know how it goes from her on.

Make sure you remove the Crankshaft Position Sensor before removing the bell housing.

Ok, the saga is over. Replaced the TQ with the new (reman) I bought from Advance Auto. The vibration is gone when I run up to 50mph and the TC locks up. I drained the trans fluid out of the TC and it seemed to rattle a little more than the new one. I don't know how to test it to see if something is wrong since you can't see anything. I hacked the exhaust off to get it out of my way so I will go Tuesday to have it all replaced. I bought a 12"x12" piece of steel for my floor jack for $7 with a 1" hole punched in it from the local steel shop. That was the best money I spent in a long time! There is NO way I would ever pull another trans or Tcase without that. I struggled for years on a creeper balancing them on my jack, no more. I would recommend anyone to buy this piece of steel for their jack. I wanted a trans jack, but when I priced them for how many times I use them I couldn't justify the space it would take up in the garage. Now I just have to store a piece of 1/4" steel.

Thank you all for helping me out in this dilemma I hope this adventure will help someone in the future.
