I have run into the problem of the back doors of my 95 cherokee being permanently locked shut. the child lock is engaged on both back doors and they will not open from the outside as well. how can i go about getting these doors open??

 

Electric I hope can lock switch be swaped with other switch ? Slim jim.

 

You can pop off the inside door panel and there should be a little switch near the curve of the door. That's how it is on my non power doors, maybe yours will still have it.
