Default axel truss

does anyone know who sells a kit for the d30 axel that trusses both sides
my xj has a 2.5" spacer lift

no need to truss the D 30...you will break the axle shaft before you do any damage to the axle housing and pumpkin..

strange enough the short side on my axel is bent and has a seal going out not only my jeep but two others with the dana 30 axel same side

Actually, there is every reason in the world to truss the D30. It has weak, thin-walled tubes which bend and flex under extreme conditions, causing deflection of the ring gear and pinion which leads to broken teeth and can even lead to locker damage if you have one. Trussing the housing is done to prevent that, not to prevent the housing itself and the pumpkin from breaking. If you wheel hard and don't want to be eating through R&P's and lockers, truss that baby.

TnT is your best bet, unless you have fabrication skills and a welder. Lots of guys make their own.
