Axel shaft leaking after ball joint replacement.

Axel shaft leaking after ball joint replacement.
Alright I replaced my ball joints a few weeks ago and have driven about 100 or less miles since. I just noticed that my front passenger side is leaking right by the axel shaft. I just flushed the front axel and put new gearing oil in it.
Any reason as to why it is leaking? Help!!!
