AW4 Transmission question

AW4 Transmission question
Anyone know how hard it would be to replace the shaft coming out of the transmission for the shifter arm? I may need to replace mine if its not too difficult.

It's a pain in the butt. You need to drop the trans , pull the pan and valve body out, then drive out the pin holding the funky linkage to the shaft.
