AW4/NV231 manual
Found this (120 pages) but I can't get it to work properly (probably my server as usual).

Its out of the FSM. Although the AW4 was the same, I only have the FSM of 1997-99, so not your 96
I once had it in Dropbox to share but I forgot all about it....not sure if I can still access it,
