So today I did a check in the valve body for my reverse problem. well there was an extra check ball in the vb (I used the wrong manual the first time) so I removed it. I torqued everything and put it all together. Now however my reverse only works after my jeep has been driven around the block. Or at least it has reversed the 3 times I've driven it around since putting everything back in. It will never reverse right after turning the car on. My shifter also feels like it's to easy to push around in some gears. Any ideas?

sounds like something in the valve body. do you have the means to pressure test the port for reverse?
what was your reverse problem to begin with?
