Default AW4 acting weird shifting issues

My 96 with the AW4 has been wanting to lurch forwards when put into drive lately. It's kinda violent and even with my foot firmly on the brake it still wants to jump forwards. Torque converter going? Also, it's always seemed to "sag or slouch" when shifting into reverse. It's annoyingly loud when shifting into drive, especially from reverse(with a "bang") I think it's the torque converter. Motor mounts maybe?

Maybe trans mount. They are "suppose" to be changed together. Trans mount is cheap, tho.
