The aux. cooling fan is controlled by the ECM/PCM (computer)
It gets its readings from the coolant temperature SENSOR.
The sensor is located on your thermostat housing. The housing is where your upper radiator connects to the motor. The sensor is the electrical connector at the top.

92 laredo aux fan wont kick on
I got a 92 laredo and the auxilary fan wont kick on, but I jumped the fan and it does in fact work. Where is the aux temperature sender? or what would I replace to fix this??
