I have a 97 that sometimes the locks don't work. I am not sure what sets it off but it goes in and out. When they aren't working, I can hear a click either from the passenger door or the fuse panel, I can't tell which. Sometimes the passenger window won't work along with the locks not working but not all the time. Now I am having a new issue that the auxiliary fan won't come on when the door locks and window won't go down. I have changed the fan relay twice now and I know its good. Has anyone ever had a similar issue? I am at a loss at to what to check. I have a used passenger door switch that I have thought about putting in, to see if that helps at all, but I just haven't gotten around to it. The fan issue is new this week.
No, I don't lick fish.

You need to do a ground refresh and then check for loose connections. The "clicking" you're hearing is the relays behind the kick panel in the passenger side foot well... but if the windows and the e-fan are effected, there's more at play than just bad power lock relays.
