aux fan and A/C clutch Relay
Hey, New to the XJ fam. I picked up a 96 sport with the 4.0 that overheats every once in a while. Noticed the aux fan doesn't kick on consistently. If I pull the relay and reseat it, it will fire for a split second and then go back to normal state. I am metering the main/switched/and ground as they should be. If I feed the relay a battery/chassis ground the relay remains fired. Same issue with the A/C clutch. Wire schematics show the ground hitting the ECU, Possible cause?

Otherwise fan operation isnt exactly consistent. Has to be at a certain temp with and without AC
