Default auto to 5speed xj swap

Well it has begun..... i was wheelin the other day and bottomed out my frontend not thinking i did any damage....well i did haha my top pass side control arm on my axle hit and crushed shut my tranny line feed....so needless to say about 40 miles later my tranny fried. Yay for me. So after doin a lot of research i got everything i need. I have a 1990 4.0 xj parts jeep and my 1992 4.0 ho xj d.d. so i got the ax15 5speed out ogf the 90 along with the driveshafts ( 5speed tranny is shorter so the rear shaft is longer and front shorter) , the pedal assy, master cylinder, tranny mount, x-member, and i think that is it. I also bought a new clutch and flywheel because the 90 flywheel from the standard output wont send the correct signal to the 92 ho crank position sensor.

Soo heres the process i am doing so far.
Remove drive shafts
Unhook o2 sensor and remove downpipe and cat
Unhook tranny and t-case shifter linkage
Remove center console and remove 4 bolts holding auto shifter in place

There should be a hole in the tranny hump once auto shifter is removed, i will let you know if the stick shift will clear in this whole once i am farther along.

Place a floor or tranny jack under the t-case tail and lift up slightly
Once the pressure is off the x-member remove the 4 tranny mount bolts
Then proceed to remove the 4 x-member bolts
Remove the x-member and lower jack until the t-case tail stops lowering
Place a a pan under the tranny pan and drain all remaining atf out of the tranny and t-case
Place a tranny jack under the tranny and remove the bell housing bolts along with the starter
Slide transmission slpines out of the torque conv. And remove tranny and t-case
Unbolt the converter from the flex plate and remove then unbolt flex plate and remove

Now for swap time....

remove lower dash bezel to access bolts to the pedal assy
Remove stock auto pedal assy......its a huge pita heads up
Install new brake\clutch assy......also a pita
And take a whole saw and cut the whole to mount the master cylinder on the firewall
Install the new flywheel and clutch kit and pilot bearing into the crank
Istall the new slave\throw out bearing onto the tranny
Install the tranny and plumb the master/slave cylinders
Mate the tranny and t case and reinstall tcase linkage
Jack up tranny and reinstall xmember
Install shifter through the whole tranny hump
Install the exhaust and driveshafts
Reinstall the center console
Fill the mastercylinder and bleed the clutch hydraulics
Hook the neutral safey switch up to a toggle switch so you can start the jeep along with hooking up the reverse lights.

Im sure ive missed some things but this was just a little overview of what all goes. Into this swap.
