Mostly my '96 runs a bit under the 210* line(even w/ac on).

It does climb to as far as the white line before the red as I pull a long grade or creep around the back roads (w or w/o ac on) but I do need a fan clutch which I ordered today.

With a new 195 thermostat mine runs about a tick below 210 on the highway - electric fan doesn't kick on.. stop and go traffic it will sit at 210 after the electric fan kicks on. In addition to the new thermostat I flushed my radiator, new coolant, etc.

Mine sits below 210 no matter the conditions.... But I did change the fluid, thermostat, get a functional e fan,( bearings were seized) and another fan shroud. ( just wasn't one there) Noticed consistent temps since I've done this.

Ditto.

Before it used to never drop below 210* and efan always ran in traffic before the flush. Actually burned myself opening the hood and that was the last straw. now it's hood vent time.

From what I was told and gathered on personal experience with 2 Jeeps ...It will always run at or very near 210 even if you put a higher or lower thermostat, the computer will do what it has to do to compensate. The exception would be if you have a issue in your cooling system in which case you would more than likely overheat
