My APN header is supposed to show up today. I have read some people talk about painting or wrapping their new headers.
Is this something that needs to be done?
Are there any benefits?
I can see how corrosion protection might be needed but, I've never replaced a manifold or header before.

Painted mine with header paint from PepBoys. Worked great. Just follow the curing instructions.
Good luck... good choice on the Headers... I have them as well.
