Got mine in today as well. D30 cover had some surface rust inside so ya know it's been setting on a shelf in a warehouse. The D35 you could tell was freshly made.. The surface rust is to be expected on bare metal and easy to get off..Can't wait to get em installed..One heck of a deal for $130 shipped, that's how much most cost for just 1 cover. Now I just gotta get this new rear axle with LS cleaned up and painted, new bearings and seals, disc brakes and new lines and then it's ready to mount. Then clean up the new D30, paint it, new seals, axle ujoints, hubs and so on and toss em both in.

Heres a question, I have the D30 cover, and I plan on installing it today. How much fluid do I need to put in? Ive always been taught that u fill it untill the fluid is level with the fill plug. Clearly the fill plug on this Solid Axle cover is much higher. Do I still only put how much is listed for stock?

huh. the price on the site is $80 each.
well, when jakewi comes over today so I can make new upper shock mounts and he can swap his rear diff, I may convince him to let me borrow his credit card
...I have diff guards on the truck already, I'd just prefer these nicer ones.

I am assuming it would need to work with the ARB air hose? If so should be as simple as drilling a hole and adding a rubber grommet to seal it but I could be wrong.

If you want a tracking number you have to email them to get it..The have a great product and prices but their customer communication could use a little work.

Motion Offroad has their Rock Crusher covers onsale now.. They look very similar to the Solid Axle ones and they even sell one for the 8.25. A touch more then Solid axles but if you need a 8.25 cover this price likely can't be beat..
