Default anyone try this custom sye?

So i was looking for a inexpensive sye, and came across this.

http://go.jeep-xj.info/HowtoSYEconversion.htm

Anyone try this on a 97+ 231? just looks to me all i would do is chop the shaft, drill and tap and then im good to go. I like the look of this over the RC hack and tap.

same as what comes in an iron rock just that the iron rock gets the parts together for you and rebuilds the driveshaft.

Ah, that's a good idea on their part. I think it might be cheaper for me to buy all the parts and do it myself. After converting the dollar to Canadian and the shipping it over the border.
