If so, where from? I'm looking for a fair priced kit. There are tons on Ebay, but most of them aren't clear about what you're actually getting.

Came with the header panel, grille, turn signals, headlight bezels, and side markers.
Quality was eh...
All plastic..the header panel had a small gap between the hood and wasn't cut straight. I didn't much care..it was what it was. There are pics of it in my 00 build.
