Default Anyone know where this goes? Need Help!!!

I am putting back together my dash after replacing the evaporator on my 1994 XJ and having trouble determining where to connect this. I don't recall disconnecting this but have no clue where it goes. I do not see where it could connect after 2 hours of searching. It is coming from the firewall under ac/heater box. It is on the passenger side. I have searched all over and cannot find an answer. Thanks!

It is attached to the lower panel that I still had not put back on. This is why I couldn't find it I guess that is what happens when you work on your car at 1:00 in the morning. Thank you so much!!!
