Default anyone ever heard of this?

Anyone ever use dynabeads or a similar product? They are beads that are installed on the inside of the tire and eliminate the need for wheel weights. I am going to be needing tires soon and with the past experience of trying to keep large tires balanced these beads sound like a good option. I have read a few reviews and most people seem to like them. Just wondering what you all think.

BB's work as well. they also have the burst bags they use on big rigs but they are very moisture sensitive. they all work but don't balance till your at speed. and can bounce on hard potholes bad takes a second to rebalance. but yes, it does work.

thanks, I may swing by the store on my way home and pick up a container of bb's and give it a try on my current tires. It sure couldn't make them any worse.

use them on my motorcycle tires (1974 cb750), they seem to work well, and I can mount and balance my own tires. They are supposed to work very well over the life of the tire, because everytime you drive, your tires are rebalanced.

i use dynabeads and they seem to work well , but someone else told me to use those plastic air soft pellets , 10oz of pellets per tire work well , and there cheap, i wouldnt use metal bb's i imagine there noisey and would pit up the inside of the rims

Had a friend use them on his motorcyle and he liked them, never seen them used on large tires though.

IIRC dynabeads are the only ones that will fit down your valve stem so if you have to add more its not a big deal. The airsoft bb's you need to break the bead and pour into the tire which is not a big deal either.
