Yep... works great. It will switch on the fan based on coolant temp OR A/C compressor turn-on.

Awesome, cheap, reliable.

how does it wire in? is it pretty simple? good instructions?

Good instructions and all the wiring is under the hood. No need for cheesy extra toggle-switches (that you will forget to turn off).
