Antenna removal from a 99 xj
I was just in an accident on Monday and I need to replace my pass side fender. I got all the bolts out but I don't know how to remove the antenna. it looks like there is some kind of tool to unscrew it, but I have no idea where to get it. I would trash it, but it's my DD and I like my radio. does anyone know of a tool to use, or how else to remove it?

there is a special socket to remove the slotted nut...... i used a small hammer and very dull screwdriver to gently tap mine loose to remove.
