Another won't start thread

Update
Battery is showing 14+ volts while running. I jumped the fuel pump relay yesterday and it fired right up. I put the relay back in and still running fine. Cleaned the IAC as someone recommended. Not sure if I have a loose wire somewhere or what. But Last 5-6 cranks have all been normal.

Cranking is not starting.
You probably just had a low battery problem. As mentioned, Cherokees don't like that.
This would be an excellent time to clean your grounds. All of them.
