Default Another problem

Ok I have another problem with my jeep. So my efan would not want to come on. So I figured it was a fuse or relay. No fuse in the fuse box but the relay was still there. Put a fuse in, nothing happened. Fan didn't turn on. I decided to jump the fan in the fuse box. Fan turned on but sparks flew and now whenever I put a fuse in for the efan it blows. Didn't blow before and the fan wouldn't come on. It isn't jumped anymore but the fuse keeps blowing. Could I have melted a wire under the fuse box? Or did I destroy something?

Never mind fixed the fuse problem. Fan still doesn't come on though
