Default Another popping int the front thread!

I know that there a lot of threads on this already..... I just wanted to get some fresh ideas. A friend of min that is a Master Tech is helping me but he has not done a lot of work on Jeeps.

When going in reverse with the wheel turned right or left there is a loud popping noise. Sometimes when going forward it will do the same or a lot of smaller popping. Most of the noise seems to be coming from the driver side.

Just replaced the wheel bearing and U joint on that side and torqued down all bolts in the front. The noise is still present....

Any ideas would be great! Thanks in advance.
