185ft/lbs is the spec, if you got it that tight chances are it's where it needs to be. Did you bleed air after installing the box? Jack the front tires off the ground, turn steering wheel lock to lock about 20 times. Helps if you have a helper turn the wheel so you can make sure the reservoir doesn't run dry. If the fluid bubbles up, shut it down for a bit and let it settle

Not sure about 185 lb-ft since I don't have a torque wrench, it's as tight if not tighter than when I took it off. Yep I bled it koeo about 20 times, does still have a little whine but I'm sure that'll go away after a few trips. Thanks for the help guys!

It's really odd that the driver's tire is toed out now. Please report back on what the alignment shop says. I'm really curious.

Alright did the alignment myself got it toed in at 1/16 still need to adjust the drag link because the wheel is off centered but I'll do that Tuesday when I can lift it up in the air. Boy oh boy does this thing drive great! Steering is responsive and tight, that horrible wandering and darting is completely gone and funny enough it does better in the wind (wind speeds were 20 mph with 40 mph gust today) than my 05 Grand Marquis! This Jeep is really coming together nice! Thank you guys for all the help, couldn't have done it without the information on this website.
