Default another over heating issue

what is normal operation temp for a 1999 cherokee? also what does it mean when you shut off motor abd you have white smoke coming from exhaust pipe

The factory gauge usually points +/- middle of the gauge. White smoke could be burnt oil or condensation, if ambient temp is cool.

210 is the temp, if you wanted the number. x2 on burning oil for the white smoke
