I stand corrected. It was there hid in with the mess of factory fog light wiring. The horizontal screw is a chore!

Does anyone have a picture of how this mounts? Mine was just hanging with the bracket still attached which I only found fishing my arm through the rubber matting that's under there. Ideally I'd be able to reattach it without having to take all of that off. Can't seem to find information on this anywhere, including the Haynes book. Thanks
