Can you see exactly where it's coming from ? Are you sure it's not leaking around the heater/rad hose? I like to tighten them up when their warm. Also theres people out there that think tighter is better and bend the ears on the thermostat housing. When I do a housing for the first time I put a sheet of sandpaper on the table of my table saw (nice and flat) and lightly sand the face of the housing making it true again.
