I'm running a CSF 3 Row radiator, 70%Water 30% Anti Freeze and a bottle of Water Wetter. Works great.

 

Any details/specs on that rad?.....core thickness, tube width, vertical tube spacing, # of rows, fins/inch, etc.?

 

So, where to get the CSF 3 row radiator for 160 shipped? The link posted lists them at 235

72-86 the core dimensions are 24.33 x 15.63 x 2.05 thick 100% tig welded aluminum $145 with 2yr warr.

for Wrangler TJ 97-06 core dimensions are 19.21 x 18.7 x 2 also 100% tig welded aluminum goes for $126!

Thanks for the info...............I think the frontal surface dimensions of the core (sq. in./cid) are the key factor.

24.33 X 15.63 = 380 sq. in. surface area
19.21 X 18.7 = 359 sq. in. surface area

vs

27 X 11 = 297 sq. in. surface area radiator in the XJ
