Default alternator question..

okay so i know there a million threads on this subject and i think i have read them all but still seem to be confused. i want to upgrade my alternator to a 136a in my 95 cherokee xj and i went to the junk yard and picked up a "supposively" 136a alternator from a 98 dodge 1500 pick up with a 5.2l v8. but here is my real question the part number to the alternator is DENSO 121000-4130 after some research i beleive its a 120a but the guy at the junkyard convienced me it was a 136a. is he correct and do i need to do anything about a voltade regulator if i can use this alternator.
thanks- Ethan

When googling the part number, everything comes up as 120 amps so seems to me it's just that.
