alternator help

Default alternator help
im going to replace my battery with an optima anyway but does anybody have a h.o. alternator they recommend I have a decent size system and even with a capacitor if I even turn the heat on the batter gauge goes down to like 11

96-98 v8 grand cherokee. 136amp compared to your 90. 35$ at jk
