After the 30 minute shackle lift taking me 3 days to complete do to rust and seizing complications, I go to replace the shocks and with the slightest turn the nut came free. I thought it was great until I realized the bolt was turning as well. What is the fix for this one? Can you access from inside the tub and weld another bolt in ? thanks

Don't cut into the floor if you don't HAVE to. I'm guessing the bolt is still attached to the nut? Stick a wrench into the little access hole there and break the bolt. Then, fish some 16-ish guage wire up through the bolt hole and out the access hole. Wind around the threads of a bolt that fits the bar pin (can't remember size) and carefully pull it through. Attach shock with appropriate nuts and wa la.
