If the dimmer switch in the MFS is fubar, then it's a very good possibility that is his problem.

I also replaced the #15 fuse. No more fuses have blown.

My high beams stopped working a few months before I left for basic training in June i think. But I really dont remember when to be honest. That im not giving too much of a crap about because I HAD headlights.

So lets see. The headlights turned off then magically came back on. Then again turned off after I went over a set of rail road tracks. I dont know what I did but they turned on again just to turn off again.

Could it be the muti function switch? (High beams, low beams, wipers, turn signals) I mean I was told that might be why my hight beams are gone. If it isnt then what in the world is it? I kinda need my Jeep to have lights again. And soon!
You check the plug?

Ok today I will be going over all the wires but last night I was moving snow and I moved my jeep. Lights didn't work. For whatever reason I hit the switch for high beams and now I have high beams but no low beams!?!?!?!?

So im still going to look over all the plugs and wires. But still curious about the switch? Because I haven't had high beams in almost a year

OK so i went and the highbeams/blinker/wiper switch. But it in. Nope. Still no lights. Ik i had to replace it anyway but still. Ok can anyone put pictures up of where the grounds are? Or any other plugs I should check would be located? Description is more helpful then trying to figure this out in the blowing snow cold crap out side right now.

Thank you

I have power to the dimmer switch. I am not sure what else to check besides at the lamps themselves? I cant find any loose or shorted out wires. And I checked for grounds and what not

Got the low beams to work. No high beams. Somethings loose up front. I tapped on the headlights themselves and got low beams back. Even with the new multi-function switch no high beams. What would cause this?

how about checking the DRL module? not sure if it would be that, but possibly rule it out.

I have not read this whole thread. May have time later today. The DRL is the daytime running lamp module. This unit turns the lights on when the vehicle is running. Not sure if it is low beams or just running lights. If you do not have any lights on when operating the Jeep you do not have a DRL.

Have you checked for voltage at the headlight socket? You should have 3 wires; Low beam, high beam and ground. With light switch on test for voltage at low beam then high beam. Do a continuity test between ground wire and a good engine or body ground. You should have continuity. Also check the headlight lamps and make sure they are good.

I will check to see if I have a good headlight schematic. So far I could not find one.
