Default All Lift and Tire questions thread

I have a suggestion... If you post a question here about lift the first response is always someone beating you up for not reading this thread. They make you feel like a JO for not reading it before you dare ask a question.

As I type the thread is on page 10, it is 69 pages long and has lots of great information but it also had TONS of crap.

Most of the people asking about lift questions are new people like myself how just want information with having to read 69 pages of responses.

Would it be possible for the moderator to edit it down to a reasonable length and they make it a sticky thread so it is at the top of page one?

Better yet is I would love to see threads that are dedicated to one lift! Imagine, one thread that has everything you need to know about a 3" lift, all the possibilities of the best way to get there and all the do's and don'ts without having somebody come in and mock you for not being man enough to go for 6 inches.

my .02 cents

PS - I have been tyring to decide to go from stock to 3, 3.5 or 4.5 and there great info here but I would rather stick a fork in my eye then have to read the 69 pages if you can even find it.

sounds better to do it by height then to stick it all into one thread that floats from page to page.

Lift/tire/suspension/wheel forum. It's take a lot of stress off of this forum, and help tech questions that weren't lift related not get pushed back to like page 5.

Well, when you open up that thread... you'll notice at the top there is a button to click called "Search this Thread".

Type in whatever you may be inquiring about, and it will bring up all related posts throughout those 69 pages.
