Default Alignment questions

I need an alignment on my jeep. That's easy to tell. Buuuuut. I dont want to pay for one only to have it not stay because of bushings/joints yada. So what bushings or anything need to be replaced before I go to have this done to male sure this stays spec.

If you go to a reputable shop, preferably some one you have done business with before, they should check those things before they do the alignment and let you know if anything needs work.
Stay far away from places like Sears and Pep Boys where their mechanics are salesmen who work on commission.
