Default Alignment Goes 'Outta Whack After Tire Change

Every time I change my tires from my 33" mudders to stock rollers, then back to my 33's, my alignment gets messed up. It's happened three times now, and I'm tired of paying for alignments. The Jeep always pulls to the left afterwards, never to the right. What's the deal???

Tires are all mounted, balanced, and even tread wear. It only happens after I swap the tires... Once I get it aligned I have no problems. If it was a bad tire, it would most likely pull my alignment out all the time.

How can I check that?

Yesterday the Jeep rolled back on one of my wheel chocks while I had the rear jacked up to replace the diff seal AGAIN, and I tried to turn the wheel back a forth a bit to free up the chock without moving the Jeep. This didn't work, but it made a very loud creeking and popping noise in the front end. I couldn't inspect the noise since I was by myself and busy turning the wheel. Would that tell you anything? My tie rods and ball joints and everything are all good yet.. my buddy at the alignment shop checks 'em out every time he has it in his shop and lets me know of anything before he does the alignment.

a pop is usually ball joint although it is possible it is control arm bushings or tack bar.

I've had problems with the tracbar ever since I lifted the Jeep, that's probably it.

They're all straight as far as the naked eye can see.

That could explain all the play in my steering... I thought it was just the oversized tires... maybe it it. I've really got to get somebody to turn the wheel while I check everything out underneath. Thanks for the advice everyone.

My buddy at the shop says my ball joints are some of the best stockers he's ever seen on a lifted 4x4, so I think it's pretty safe to say they are alright. The thing that gets me with this whole deal is that it only does it when i swap the tires like that. I drove 11,000 miles on my mudders without any alignment problems, changed the tires to my stock rollers to get a citation cleared at the police station, then swapped the mudders back on when I got home. Every time I do that, the alignment goes out.
