Default Airbag light

Ever since I removed my Warn bumper and horns the airbag light has been on. I tried to re-install the horns and they would not work. I'm guessing the ground wasn't good enough cause when I put a jumper straight to the battery and grounded another to a good ground they worked. I thought I read something about the horns being apart of the airbag system but now I can't find anything. Anyone got info?

My guess would be you Clockspring. It would cause your Airbag light to be on as well as your horn not working.

Didn't have issue with either until I removed them, the fender supports where the horns were mounted were remove as well so I attempted to mout the horn else where and they did not work. But ill look into that.

As I said before your horn not working and your Airbag light on is most likely your Clockspring. You can take it to your local dealer and have them read the code to see what exactly it is. Unless you have 2 separate problems its most likely your Clockspring. I hope this is helpful

Horn is not part of air bad system, but
2 airbag, 2 cruise control and one horn wire (it is a tape) are together inside clockspring.
