When I purchased my 95 ZJ the horn was not working. When I looked in the fuse block, the fuse was missing, so I put a new fuse in.

Now, the horn works fine, but the airbag light is on. I have read some threads with similar horn airbag issues.

Does anyone know how I can fix this so that my horn works, but the airbag light doesn't come on?

You should have the air bag system checked by a dealer with the DRB tester.

 

Call local repair shops and ask price for reading air bag code.
I go to dealer mechanics directly from back door if necessary.
You can also do a few tests by FSM w/o getting codes.
