Default Air/heat system not working properly; very odd

Ok so I completely redid my cooling system(Hesco pump, 3row rad, 195° t-stat, hoses) minus the heater core a couple months ago. Now anytime I turn on my air system, whether heat or air, a/c or no a/c, my a/c unit cuts on and air only blows through the defroster and the feet. Even if the adjustment **** is on face w/ no a/c it wont blow through the dash vents and the a/c starts up. The air intensity controller (1-4) and temp controller work properly for the most part.

Sorry for my rambling, does anyone have any idea as to why my controller isnt working properly? Could it be fuses?

You've got a vacuum leak somewhere. Check everything from the ball behind the bumper to the firewall on the right side.

If you don't find it there, check all engine vacuum lines.

The blend doors are not electrical.

Ahhhh shiz.... :epicfail: etc...

At the same time I changed cooling system, I changed my bumper to L&L Fabs bumper.. I was wondering what that ball thing was for.

Thanks man

Yup, definitely a vacuum leak, I had the same exact problem last month, the vacuum line that runs near/under the battery was broken.

YEP! It's you vacuum and it controls the blend door for the ac/heat among other things.
