air conditioning problems on 93 Sport

After not using my 93 Jeep Sport for about a month, the air conditioner now won't blow cold, or even cool air. It BLOWS, but warm air. Is it possible to have it fixed on a model this old or is it just done and I am out of luck?? This has been kept in great shape and only has about 122,000 miles on it. I am single female and not sure what to do. Someone said it was too old for even the dealership to work on!

To answer your question, it could be as simple as just needing recharged.
