Aftermarket rear panel??

Aftermarket rear panel??
Ok so im looking for a rear aftermarket panel ( quarter panel ?? )
and all i keep finding is a panel that starts like 2inches below the glass? I need a drivers side rear panel that includes the entire piece from the roof down to the very bottem. I dont see how you can install most of these panels iv found as they seem to attach in the middle of the panel, meaning you would have to cut out the damaged piece and weld in a new piece?? If that makes sence..LoL I had assumed that you would take the window out and remove the entire back panel from the roof down to the wheel well. Please help me out here as my head is spinning!
