Default Advice....front springs...plz..

I got some sweet springs off an 86xj,,,alot of life left in em...just wondering how hard it will be to put em on vs. Taking em off,and any tricks??? Thanks alot for the advice!!! God bless!!

Unbolt the shocks and sway bar then drop the axle down.Jack up one side of axle to bring the other side down and remove the coil. Install is same as removal.Repeat for other side. You may need a spring compressor ,depends on how tall of spring your going with.

Make sure you "PB Buster" (penetrating oil) all nuts and bolts b/c most XJ parts love to BREAK!! good luck with the lift...post pics...Tj

you'll want to replace the bolts with new grade 8 anyway.I do.
