Hey everyone I’m putting new lifters in my 94 Cherokee 4.0 and I was wondering when putting in my lifters and pushrods and rocker arms do I need to set valve lash or do any preloading I’m really confused and new to this is it just a plug and play kinda deal where I install everything and torque down my rocker arms to spec if not what do I need to do? Thank you
